Thread: EGH donation question

Hello,

I'm new here, but I've been on other forums for a while. I've read good reviews regarding EGH so I placed my first order the other day. Once my order was taken, I received a second email which took me to another secured site where I made my donation with Greendot. Today I received an email with the subject "reference #, further instructions" and it was directing me to make a donation via WU. I sent him an email to make sure everything was done right the first time which I'm sure that he'll respond to, but I'm just inquiring whether or not anyone else has experienced this in the past? Thanks in advance for your responses.

Disregard, EGH replied to my email immediately. Didn't expect that, but that proves to me already his customer service is amazing.

I appreciate it. I jumped the gun with the question because I didn't think that there was any way he'd respond to me as fast as he did. Needless to say, I was really impressed.
