      Your first order sent with gmail either didn't come through or was ignored since it wasn't a secure email. An auto reply follows shortly after you place an order stating you will be contacted in 24-72 (weekends don't count)hours giving you payment instructions. When did you send your email using anonymousspech?

      Yes he is still catching up. If there is an order issue the fastest way to get a response is to contact a rep. Provide them date you ordered, email used, products ordered, and a reference number if you have one.

      Yeah-but things will absolutely be caught up today. I've been juggling a couple of things at once that needed to be caught up on. I was out of stock of a few things, mid powder order, dealing with some personal life/health issues, along with needing to send out a ton of quotes for orders. I have everything else done that absolutely had to be done first, and am dedicating the rest of the day to order requests. Im not far off from being done.

      However, spoolin- you saying that you placed your order 9 days ago has no merit. My reps, as well as myself, have posted several times about using secure email providers for our dealings. I typically ignore orders sent from non-secure providers, as well as those whose email providers often BLOCK my messages or won't send yours to me. As you use my secure form to send the order to me, your email provider is not actually sending the message to me so you would have no way of knowing if your future emails will reach me. So as I see it, you placed your order one day ago, incorrectly at that. I guess you could say I'm lucky that I didn't just delete your unsecure order like I normally do, so I can send you your payment instructions. I'm happy to have you as a loyal customer and appreciate your business as long as we have been open. I just ask that everyone in the community support my efforts to keep everyone safe, by using secure email.

      Anonymousspeech.com offers free trial accounts that last for 14 days. Otherwise, a year for one of the best secure email providers out there only costs about $65. Compare that to the costs of the unspeakable happening...LE showing up at your door because you chose to save $65 and risk your emails being intercepted by law enforcement. Worse yet, If that happened to a customer, it puts tons of stress on me as well. This is why I have to continuously change mailboxes, physically move my residences, change internet service providers, etc...

      In a typical situation, 14 days is MORE than enough for an order--start to finish. If you simply take five minutes to read my directions and follow them, the ordering process goes extremely smoothly. Most people either leave out information that I need in their initial order request, or don't double check that the western union receiver's name is spelled correctly when they send a western union, write their return email address on the secure form wrong (so my reply goes to no one...), etc...and this causes orders to get delayed/slowed down. I'm not pointing fingers at anyone specifically here, I am just speaking in general. Please don't take this personally as you didn't do anything wrong but use an unsafe email provider. I am just tyring to shed some light on what causes this.





      I appreciate everyone's patience here; rest assured that while many labs would slack on quality/safety measures to save time when there is more work to do than hours in the day, I absolutely will not even consider doing that. Giving you a quality and safe product is my top priority and always has been; I use nothing but my own products for that reason. Good things are worth waiting for, but I completely understand running out of time and needing to do what you have to do to get the needed gear.

      My suggestion is that anyone placing a large order ($1000+), or that needs their products on a close deadline (or they wont be able to use us and will have to buy elsewhere), should contact one of my reps and let them know some general information about your order. Email address used (secure email please!), size, date needed by (absolute deadline), and any payment methods that you *would have an issue with would be pertinent items to inform them of. I ask that you not abuse this, or I will have to revoke this privilege. I am offering this for the benefit of the community as a whole; if people start being selfish and impatient, then they are going to slow things down for EVERYONE.

      I understand the need for anonymity. However, I had just been in communication with you the day before placing my order with prompt responses, which I greatly appreciate. I submitted my order using your secure form, not an unsecure email, with absolutely no response. I even emailed your account a couple of times for followup. When that didn't work, I tried your associates who said they'd look into it, but nothing ever came of it. That's when my friend told me about the threads on here discussing your personal issues going on. This is also when I discovered the multiple threads about needing a secure email. I've ordered multiple times in the past with zero issues, quick turnaround, and no secure email. I greatly appreciate what you do for the community and love your product/service. I was just very put off by the communication this time around. I'm glad that things turned around for you, or at least seemingly and that the order was able to move along. Hopefully, with the use of secure email, I can avoid issues in the future, but I just wanted to point out that my problems this time around did not really seem to be attached to the lack of secure email as you've mentioned. Maybe I just got spoiled by my previous orders. I will not hesitate to keep coming back and I'll try to be more patient next time, as well as check in here to see if anything is going on. Thanks again for all the hard work you put it. I know it can't be easy.

      The order was placed using the secure form on 8/10, to which I received an auto response, but no email with payment instruction. This is likely due to not having a secure email listed, but when I followed up, someone could have mentioned that might be the problem, but that was never the case. I emailed Erik back (using anonymousspeech) on the 18th and mentioned that I submitted the form through the site, but it did not include a secure email and to please use the new one. He replied back the next day with payment details and now everything is moving smoothly. I attribute this to my lack of secure email and bad timing. I had just went about it as I had in the past a few times and didn't understand why I was having trouble this time. No worries and I'm glad everything was able to be resolved. My biggest concern was that I'd have to order elsewhere and I trust EGH fully, so that wouldn't have been a great alternative.
