      EGH and reps...Great guys

      As some of you know... I had a rough start with my order and hearing back from Erik with further instructions. I notified each of the reps about my problem. Let me tell you fellas that each of them answered me back in a very quick and timely manner. They kept me informed on what was going on and made sure Erik new about it as well. These guys are a man of their words! I received the rest of my instructions earlier today and I was like Flash himself! Grabbed money, ran down the road to put money on greendot card, ran back home and sent off all other info that Erik needed!! All have to do now...is sit back and wait for my damn mail carrier for a couple more days! Lol! Anyways...Any of you other guys that are waiting and worrying about your orders.?? Give EGHs reps a holla. They will help you out and get you taken care of, along with Erik!

      We have talked with the reps a few times and they responded but when we tell them that we can't get the info on payment for our order, we don't hear anything back. It's been almost a week now and we still haven't gotten our info on payment yet. Can someone please look into this? We are in need of product by the end of next week and if we arent able to get a response, I suppose we will have to look into other avenues.

      You've e-mailed and tried pm each rep as well as Erik man? They usually get bk with you fairly quick. They cant give you payment info or address info.They have to get a hold of Erik about your problem. Dont give up on it though, just keep on them about it bro.

      Yeah, we emailed Erik and one of the reps to see if everything was ok since we sent in the order (my buddy did the emailing) and the rep got back to us quickly but we never heard anything back when we emailed them again and asked about not receiving payment info yet.

      Hmmm. I wish I could help you out more man. Not sure what else to do, but keep hitting them up on e-mails and pms. They've always respond to me. Sometimes sooner and sometimes later. You got to remember to that Erik and his reps have alot of us guys they are trying to help on here. Just keep trying man.

      Its possible you emailed my old address. It was compromised some time ago. We personally respond to each and every email/ message. So maybe something went wrong. Try myself or Jinko again if needed. We are happy to assist.

      Thanks man. I'll have my buddy email you the list if we can go that route or should we email Erik again? My buddy used anonymous speech today and emailed Erik with the list but still haven't heard back. He may just be really busy but we really need to make sure our order is in and good to go by Friday, being that we are running low on gear now. Not sure if maybe our emails aren't getting through since usually Erik responds to my buddy really quickly.
