      There are some members that have sent 4 emails in course of 2-3 hours (even though the first one was answered. Think kid in a car...are we there yet, are we there yet). One thing everyone here needs to remember, yes we are reps. But some of us have kids, families, and jobs. All of this can make it hard to check email every second of the day. We respond the day we get the email but theses are reasons that can cause delays.

      We also have members that email us form non secure emails (gmail, yahoo, comcast) those are ignored.

      Members who use multiple emails to contact us, gets confusing.

      Members that don't provide us details needed (read the sticky "Order Delays"). Example "hey bro my orders late can you check on it". Ummm yeah dude who F are you and what did you order??? No joke that was an email I read.

      For few years things ran very well, this is a hiccup and it's being fixed.

      We understand your frustration, as we are too. All of us have been there.

      I just want to say you are first class all the way bro and follow up which means so much to the customer .
      I have no doubt this will all get worked out for everyone .

      well said jinko.... my thoughts exactly.... we appretciate each and every one of yall, but emailing all of us at the same time isnt gonna help.... email us reasonably please....when we have answers to yalls questions we always let yall know....asap.... sometimes it takes longer due to things in our lives... but u will get ur answer when we do.... this i promise.. ...

I e-mail and pm each rep the same question to make sure my question gets answered and someone is hopefully working on the problem! If all you hear back is," its getting worked on or I'll check on it." Thats fine at first, but after a few times...that shit gets old! Especially, when you send your order in on the 8th. Dont get to send payment in until the 16th and are still waiting to hear back from EGH reps or Erik himself. On when the order was exactly shipped off?? This is why myself, crush and spoolin have sent a numerous amounts of e-mails or pms. We want a better answer! An update on whats goin on? You fellas know when you spend a big amount of money and t/a is suppose to be 2-5 business days after payment is collected. Thats what you usually expect. When that doesn't happen and its been way over that amount of time...you get worried and wonder what the hell is going on?! Now I've ordered from EGH before, love the gear and would consider still doing business with them. I just think Erik needs to get it together and help keep you reps updated, so yall can do the same for us.

      Megaman you get the answer we do. Asking over and over hoping for different answer doesn't work.

      I'm sure how old you are but there was time when the internet didn't exist gasp! And you had hope to find some guy in gym or where ever to find shit, most time it was bunk. Your getting quality, 100% tested gear and you have wide selection. Like I said couple of years of good service, small hiccup.
