      Answer seemed simple by communicating with them and keeping them in the loop . Now you say customers are Emailing 4 times in 3 or 4 hour period . Acting like children . I am surprised how you are frustrated by someone that hasn't received a package he paid for . Do you think You would be rep if there was never a problem ? These customers or children are reason you are a rep . Maybe finding a way to get packages delivered would eliminate multiple emails . Maybe these members and anyone that does research before ordering will see your comments .
      By the statements I have read I see you are encumbered by the multiple Emails by multiple customers that have not received . Here's a idea . Create a thread and update daily on reasons that customers are not receiving there gear . Since you guys have lives , families and jobs .
      This would only require one rep each day to update or update in Am and PM . This way there is no security risk of un-secure Emails .
      Good luck and I hope you haven't turned away future or current customers .

      I've spents thousands with EGH! If I was waiting 3 weeks for something that takes 2 days to recieve after its been shipped, I'd be pissed too! I don't care how good it is....

      I think I know where your going with this and you really shouldn't . No one looks out for the members here like Frank and he's been one of your biggest advocates before he was a mod . Frank is not like your typical "mod" in the way he shoots from the hip and is pretty blunt but I guarantee u won't find a more honest decent person in this game or anywhere else . He is such an important piece of the puzzle to what makes this place so special IMO .
      I'm sure u guys are feeling the pressure but try to understand where the brothers with complaints are coming from . I know this isn't the norm with u guys btw .

      Jinko! I received Bionicrednecks e-mail earlier today saying that package was shipped out yesterday.?? I'm going to sit back and wait a couple of more days. Hell! I've waited this long! If it don't come in the mail in a couple of more days??? Then lil man! I will be more than happy to get a refund and take my business somewhere else. Even though I will be waiting for another few days to see if a refund comes?!
