Alright guys. This is getting a little ridiculous. I've ordered from Erik 3 times in the past and had a great experience each time. Communication was great and package arrived 3-4 days from sending payment. This order has been an absolute wreck. See below for a timeline. I can't help but to feel like I've been lied to about my order shipping. I know it doesn't take this long to arrive and I've been told multiple dates now. I understand Erik is now in the hospital but that should have no bearing on the fact that a package that supposedly has been shipped has not arrived. If it were possible to get a response from Erik right now, I'd ask for a refund. I went with EGH again because I trusted Erik and I've always had a good experience. If my package wasn't shipped, fine. Just tell me that and let me know when I might expect it. Don't tell me it's been shipped and leave me waiting for something that doesn't seem to be coming. If it was shipped and there's something delaying it arriving, tell me. It's not like I haven't asked the status multiple times now. What's the deal guys?
8/8 – Emailed Erik with question about certain product. He promptly replied same day.
8/10 – Sent in order request through secure form. Used gmail as email on form as I always have. Received auto reply.
8/11 – Emailed Erik back to say thanks for the info and to let him know I put in the request.
8/13 – Still no response. Emailed Erik again to see what the status was. Still no order confirmation/payment request. Emailed Tattz and Bionic later in the day to see if they could look into it. Both said they would check into it for me.
8/15 – Nothing back regarding status from anyone, so I replied back to Tattz and Bionic. Bionic said I could submit my payment through the secure form. I informed him that I had not received payment instructions yet. I didn’t want to send payment without having Erik’s approval of the method.
8/18 – Setup AnonymousSpeech account and emailed Erik to let him know I had previously submitted everything using gmail and that he could use this new one for communications.
8/19 – Received payment instructions and order confirmation from Erik. Also joined BOP because my friend told me there were some threads explaining that Erik was having some issues.
8/20 – Sent in payment and also sent pictures as requested.
8/22 – Erik responded. Said he appreciated the pictures, is processing the payment, and will inform me when it’s done, as well as confirming shipment.
Give it a few days as I know Erik is busy
8/28 – Sent in order status request per instructions on the site. Received auto reply.
8/29 – Email Tattz back to see if he can check my order status. He replied and said that Erik’s postage was messed up and that some packages had come back. He reprinted and resent. Was told I’d see it today or tomorrow.
9/2 – Still nothing. Emailed Tattz back to see if he had anything new. Says tracking info shows the packages should be dropping tomorrow.
9/3 – Emailed Tattz back to see if I could get tracking info. Found out afterwards that the package still hasn’t arrived. Emailed him back to let him know I still haven’t seen it. No response as of yet and haven’t heard from Erik since 8/22.
From experience with Erik . He makes up for errors with extra goodies .
Most people forgive him after that point . He is most generous .
I know that might not help you at this point or make you feel any better but we have to rely on Reps for update or Erik .

Lets just hope we get the gear in soon. If not, we will need our money returned so we can go elsewhere. I do feel bad that Erik is getting sick so much and I hope all turns out well. Hope he didn't try some new concoction (spelling?) and has been trying it on himself and suffering issues. LOL
Lets get these orders filled asap and move on and try and resolve the issues. Maybe even from now on, take a certain amount of orders per week and deny any others until those are filled. Something to that matter that won't stress Erik out so much and cause issues. I just hope he continues to supply some of the best gear out there, just do it a little smarter from now on.

i have no doubts that everything will be resolved, eventually. i can't wait around forever. and on top of that, i've been told multiple times that my package has been shipped, which i really have my doubts about. i hope i'm wrong, but we'll see. i feel horrible for everything Erik has going on at the moment, but keeping people updated when there's thousands of dollars on the line is kind of crucial. like i said, i've dealt with Erik before and i considered myself a customer for life. i'm just not happy with how things are being handled recently.
i've seen the sticky and i've followed every protocol. i went straight to tattz because he's been good about getting back to me and i knew you weren't answering emails for a bit last week. all i want to know is if my package is really on the way or not and when i can expect to get it. it's been nearly a month since i initiated this order and i'm sure you can understand the frustration.
Ok well, I'm asking you to contact me. Tattz is swamped.
