If its a 10mg vial put in 1.5 ml sterile water and start off with 3 ticks of insulin pin to get a feel for it..to much will have u feeling sick..then bump up to 4 or 5 ticks but no more then that every other day for 2 weeks..once its built up in system once or twice week will b plenty..this protocal worked great for me..just ask DWBO.lol
