I got a bit of anxiety around people I don't know so my body temp always goes up until I am able to relax myself a little bit, but if I was doing the tren thing (tren makes me a sweaty mess alone) along with this shit as you are then I wouldnt be caught outside the house. Id be sleeping in the Ice Box/Freezer

Finished another day of 300mg with some remedial/active recovery workout stuff consisting of Dumbbell External rotation for rotator cuff, 45 degree back extensions, ab wheel roll outs and oblique planks. These workouts are never crazy intense, but just enough to make me feel like I did something.
Felt pretty good majority of day. Def noticed an increase in body temp today since going from 250mg to 300mg. Still having those hours here and there throughout the day of sluggish-ness, but then have other times of feeling pretty great and being alert/awake. Trying to figure out if its one of my supplements, vitamins or minerals that is making me one way or other.
Food wise, I finished up with a small cup of coffee mixed with one scoop of protein powder for pre-workout and then going to have a grilled chicken house salad before going to bed.

Yesterday was another day of 300grams in the books. Gonna bump it up to 350 today. No changes from previous days. Sweaty, clammy mess at times. Took 3 shirts to work w me so that I could change them once the armpit sweat marks got obnoxiously big.
Foods pretty much same, Meal 1 - scrambled eggs w cheese. Meal 2 - More eggs. Meal 3 - Quest bar and fresh raw greens. Meal 4 - Isopure Protien w handful of almonds and walnuts. Meal 5 - Pc of Ezekial Bread with service of Muscle Milk. Took preworkout and then garden salad with two hamburgers and couple plan torilla chips for dinner.
Workout was shoulders and def brief compared to my normal wkouts simply bcuz I don't have the energy to make them much longer than 30-45min. Im assuming cuz of the DNP making me tired quicker.

Sounds like that DNP is doing its job for you. You think it's wise to keep bumping it up if u feel like it is making your workouts shorter?

Let me say - I been doing 300 for 10 days- - give it time - day 5 or 6 you start to feel extremely hot and I basically took like 5 huge shits everyday since then man - my body is ramped up so I'm just sweating and sped up.
Today was my last day - I will keep everyone updated about water retention and the rebound period on my log thread - DNP is powerful

FC, sometimes it OK to have shorter workouts. I just came off cycle and my workouts were stretched pretty long during cycle so I feel as I come off that they need to be shortened a bit anyway... The body will have a harder time recovering with no AAS from longer wkouts. As long as intensity stays up (the true meaning of the term intensity is the amount of wgt being used). Many think intensity is busting your ass and doing 100 sets in as little time frame as possible, feeling tired, dead and crawling out of gym like you just got jumped by a gang aka crossfit style (these types of workouts are called dense, NOT intense). If you already know all that then I apologize.
From the above being said, Im not so concerned about shorter workouts with increased DNP as much as I am the increased body temps, sweats, and flat out uncomfortable-ness of just being so damn hot and clammy all the time.

I was struggling to complete a workout as well
Had basically no strength increase. maybe a bit on bench press.
I am off if not and have strength thru the roof. I also feel more energetic and i am pinning myself like crazy to blow up quick after coming off DNP.
Def a rough 11 days but Now I feel like a champ
