oral primo should be mild on the liver, just take some support supps and you should be fine. EPO I dont know much about, other than have heard you need to be very careful will raise you RBC and BP very high if you use too much.

I've only seen pill form. I dont know about dosage honestly. Its too weak for a guy to bother takeing, so i havent looked into it very much.
