I have been gone a while so i will rewrite my stats and info.

I am in my mid 30's 5'5" 125 Pounds have about 22-24% body fat Diet is good (15-1600 calories) and 95% clean (i cheat with the occasional cookie or chips)

I am a Long distance runner but was injured last year and spent the last few months training hard. I and looking to with help recovering and building a little muscle while tightening up as i try to lose the last 8-12 pounds

I have run a few cycles of VAR and winny in the past.

I run about 40-60 miles a week usually 6 days or running with 2-3 days of core and light upper body work.

I made the mistake i guess of buying some Clen in my last purchase as everything i have ready says to avoid high intense aerobic activity even thought it increases the oxygen in the blood :-\.

I also got some VAR that i guess i will be running instead (i am thinking 10 MG a day)

Any one want to share some thoughs?

PS Noticed a lot of the other ladies have dissapeared.
