      Ok Boys back to cycle

      I have been gone a while so i will rewrite my stats and info.

      I am in my mid 30's 5'5" 125 Pounds have about 22-24% body fat Diet is good (15-1600 calories) and 95% clean (i cheat with the occasional cookie or chips)

      I am a Long distance runner but was injured last year and spent the last few months training hard. I and looking to with help recovering and building a little muscle while tightening up as i try to lose the last 8-12 pounds

      I have run a few cycles of VAR and winny in the past.

      I run about 40-60 miles a week usually 6 days or running with 2-3 days of core and light upper body work.

      I made the mistake i guess of buying some Clen in my last purchase as everything i have ready says to avoid high intense aerobic activity even thought it increases the oxygen in the blood :-\.

      I also got some VAR that i guess i will be running instead (i am thinking 10 MG a day)

      Any one want to share some thoughs?

      PS Noticed a lot of the other ladies have dissapeared.

      Forgot to add I am taking fish oil, glucosamine, and milk thistle.

      any idea to keep off water retension I had a bit last time.

      You should be able to lost weight with the low calorie diet your on and high aerobic activity . Running 40-60 miles a week is a hell of a lot , plus workouts in the gym . Var is supposed to be good for females , and you may want to try T-3 -Cytomel with the var if you never use it .

      Speedy its great to see you active again. Your right about the ladies here at BOP, we need to increase the number of "pink" members here. 40 to 60 miles of running a week is a shit load, I'm impressed!! I have a niece that runs probably 40 or so miles a week. Good luck with the var and your training.

      If you have ran var in the past with no problems you should be ok with 10mg. You could get primo it's supposed to be good for athletic performance as well as the muscle building properties.

      Perhaps try cutting your calories a little more, shoot for 13-1400. I'm floored you run that far with that little amount of calories and still have trouble losing weight.

      Let me start off by saying...I'm impressed that you run 40-60 miles a week !! I am a large guy and it is very hard for me to run 5 miles a week let alone that much..
      Calorie intake # 1 on my list if I'm cutting.. But at the same time you said build muscle mass as well.. Its very hard to do both at the same time.. Why not build muscle mass until you are at your goal and then start a cutting cycle to tone those extra pounds of muscle..
      I think you will have better success at it if you approach it from that angle.

      I used to run 5 miles a day when I was in teens early 20s and that killed me I don't know how you do that. Now I could prob. barely run a mile.

      Speedy i will be following this thread You may be surprised what you can do with proper nutrition and then when you get lean adding in a fat burner just to ice the cake
