A more tried and true way to test it would be to not change anything for a week except up the clen dose. If weight loss increases, youve got clen!
I know personally, with taurine at 6g a day and ketotifen at 2mg a day, I was upwards of 240mcg clen and sides were minimal but I got SHREADED. However, same source, ive taken 80mcg of clen with NO taurine and no ketotifen and had the shakes like a mother fucker.
