shes was taking 10 of winny and 20 of var, the stuff has to be way underdosed than what their saying, she was getting some results but she trains like a beast in their and just wasnt getting what she wanted so we upd it to 20 of win and 30 var. yes that sounds like alot but im taking couple of their oils and i know from the results i was getting its way under dosed, shes wanting a six pack and a good lean cut look, and if it was good quality stuff, she should be looking that way, esp her already lean to start with

Woah dude! Get her off that because you really dont know what it is she is taking if you had to up it that much. Let her get clean for a few months and then hit var only but make sure you get legit gear like egh or something. Also, unless you want a manly girl, 10-20mg split twice a day is perfect for a female.

It is scary. You're already thinking its under dosed, what if its not even var? I would also do as spoolin said.
