Hi guys !

OK so basically I'm about to start my first Var cycle, I've already done Clen, and got really lean (8pack) but now I feel like I've reached the limits of what I can naturally build muscle-wise.
Hence my turning to Var.

I'm 5 foot 6 inches, and I currently weigh 133 pounds.
I'm bulking at the moment (diet really spot on, only complex carbs like oat bran, brown rice etc, fish, turkey, egg whites, green veg, no cheat meals, sodium intake monitored etc)

Do you have any recommendations for my cycle ?
My aim is to put on lean muscle mass with little to no virilization which is why I've gone for Var.

I was planning on doing this :
5mgs a day for the first week, split am and pm (pre-workout)
then 10 mgs a day (split am and pre-workout)

Any opinions ?
Also, how close to my workout should I take the var ? 30 mins before, 5 mins before ?
Do I need to stack it with taurine like I do with Clen ?
