Well i want something pretty mild for a bikini competition and i dont know what would work best for that... the onlyone ive hear about is primo thats why i asked for that ... what would u recomend?? Mostly for leaning out

I'm no expert on womens gear but I wwill say all our Sponsors here are tested and solid! Read the reviews on them and then make a choice. Several carry Primo and just about anything else you may need. Hope some of our experienced women will jump in and help with the rest! Glad your here!

If I were you I'd run Var instead of Primo. Less chance of having any issues with hair falling out. If your diet is in check you can use any steroid to cut with. YOU still need to put the work in, the compound won't do it itself!
