Thread: KETO DIET

hi Ladies,
woundering if you girls know anything about KETO diet? I eat clean, but heard some awesome recommendations about this plan.......any advice would be helpful and much appreicated

It didn't really work for me. It seems half a cup of green beans is enough for my body to not go keto. It's simple enough to follow tho. Try it and let us know how it goes for you
