This is a good post. My wife started her first cycle about a month ago. I didn't know much about women cycles but most said that 10 to 20mg a day would be good. I ordered 10mg pills but received capsules instead. I thought what the hell just have her pop two caps a day. Her strength increased but she started to get bloated. After a few weeks, I had her come off of it. She will start up again next month and I will do what some of ya'll recommended. Obviously you should trust your source but it may not be a bad idea to labmax your caps , better safe than sorry
