Both alt and ast were above 500 and my bilirubin was 6.9. I nstantly stopped my cycle that day and spent the next 3 months taking every single liver protectant I could. Took 4 months to get then to not read high on my blood work. All this happened while i was taking nac and milk thistle btw.
Now I take sythergine for my liver and the sht is nothing short of amazing. I do run 100mg of tren e in my trt and with the sythergine it does nothing to my liver but I also take zocor for lipids and drink almost 2 gallons of water a day to keep my kidneys clean.
Point of the story is to always get blood work and watch your levels...that will tell you if its time to stop. Be safe
Where can we get synthergine? What kind of dosages and when should it be run, only during cycle or all the time?

i ran it 8months once... but heard that aftr 8months it stops doin its jobs and gains come to a hault. i cant imagine runnnin ut 14months cobra

If your gains come to a hault you need to change your diet not your drugs. Tren is one of the few drugs even the same dose will produce more gains if diet is adjusted. To be honest i ran it longer but had 2 4 week breaks and ran it 2.5 years in total

Drugs need to be changed as well due to myostation trying to create homeostasis.
Also this thread isn't about how to grow or how to.break through a platea. The question that's being asked is if tren can be.ran year round, which it can provided blood work is good but gains will.come to a.hault and that is due to myostatin. Anytime you are on a blast (doesn't matter which drugs you are you using) your body will start trying to achieve homeostasis by using myostin. At that point the only options you have are to up the dose or change compound which will extend the blast slightly longer but even still myostatin will catch up and a cruise or pct is needed

Pretty sure myostation will effect to a small degree. But if you add more food you will grow more. Well it worked for me and im not a freak by any means.
And i know its not about diet i was answering a question and also answering the initial question from the OP.
I personally think the myostation thing is largely dependent on the person. Some of the biggest guys i know pretty much stay on the same compounds year round at high doses and add different orals in and out and change diet on what they are trying to achieve.
Once you become 250lbs the myostation thing might come into play but the average gym rat it really wouldnt matter.
Again this is what has worked for me not science. Im not 250lbs either just bigger mates usually run a lot more gear.
I am happy to be proven wrong and would love to see a study done on myostation as i have never really beleived in it. I love reading about studies like this then trying things my self
Im an experimental type person and take bits and peices of advice to do things as safely as possible.

A lot of the time science Is bullshit, like you I'm speaking from what I've noticed. After a certain period of time I will plateau. It can be extended somewhat by upping the doses but that only gives me a couple extra weeks.
Sure I can keep upping the calories and making some more small gains in comparison to the beginning but why keep spening the money on drugs when they're not really doing their job like they were? I could just drop the drugs to a cruise dose (save some loot) keep eating tough and lifting hard and as soon as enough time has passed for myostatin to bounce blast again and start making leaps and bounds for gains again

Once i have had a decent break i might try it and compare it to when i was blasting and cruising before. I only run 125mg test weekly now on my trt protocol.
The only time i even cruised was to get lipids or liver function back to normal. All other bloods for me in that 2.5years were good. Im sure i could have gained a lot more but there was a lot of experimenting i will be the first to admit as i got fat then dietyed to hard and lost muscle . But the best progress i did make was in the long tren run.
When the time feels right i might get back into it just got a lot of other priorities in life at the moment. Still train just as hard... just normal test levels.

I blast and cruise and I like tren a lot so believe me when I say it is hard for me to cut it out when it's time for me to cruise but it really does lose its effectiveness so that short break of just trt dose test or trt doese test and low dose eq does me good for when I hop back on again.
