Thread: Seeking Advice for my GF - EC, CLEN, T3 dosing and diet help

Hopefully some of our lady members will chime in. My gf is looking to lose weight and having some plateus. She is doing 2 weeks on 2 weeks of EC stack and during the break she tried Clen but she can't take the sides. She is taking 50mcgs of t3 as well, and using GW .. She has loss some weight 5-6lbs in about 3 weeks. Is this normal for women?.. should she consider using any peptides like frag-176? or other PEDs or supplements to aid in her weight loss.

My wife used Phentermine and lost weight incredibly quick with almost no sides. She has tried other things like clen and ephedrine but the only thing that worked was the Phentermine.

You can get it prescribed by a doc and go through insurance to get it pretty cheap.

Really? Just say hey I wana lose weight without any medical reason?

Yea, she had a friend that had used it with success and mentioned that. Said she wanted to lose about 20 lbs and the doc was cool.

Lol he must be a cool doctor. My gf want to get like contest lean so she looks pretty lean already I doubt the doctor would say that's healthy

Oh, you might have to go the UG route. You can purchase at pharmacies in Mexico and possibly somewhere on the net. She needs to find a fat friend to go to the doc and get some!

My friend used Phentermine as well and also Sibutramine. She was content with both of them. She didn't have any medical issues so she get it from internet cause its prescription drug.

Phentermine is definitely a good way to drop some weight. Diet is always the most important obviously but to break a plateau it will help.

Hey man make sure she is heavily focused on diet and cardio. Plain chicken breast, fish and egg whites are the way to go. I find if I slip on my diet or start skipping cardio I struggle to shake the weight. Get her to do fasted cardio it makes a massive difference. Good luck!

Phentermine can cause heart issues.
