We are think to proceed with intermittent fasting.

Has your wife had her thyroid checked?
She may have an underactive thyroid and her Dr might prescribe T3
If she doesn't have an underactive thyroid, tell her Dr that shes tried everything and maybe she can get some duromine as it also works well
Duromine will work really well with intermittent fasting
