I’d definitely add clen.. no need for t3 just yet if at all. I’ve had girls get comp lean with just Diet, cardio, training, clen & SARMS. Since she wants to do physique I think primo & var is good. Perhaps switch to winny because it’ll help shred her up more whereas var helps you get lean but stay more full
