testosterone for the wife....
so my wife is not a lifter, but she's interested in testosterone injections for health benefits. She asked me to inquire as to dosing for the female non athlete. also if she was to order a blood panel to check her hormone levels can you recommend a source online. what test is best to order and what are ideal levels for her? Thanks! She's 37 yrs old, and is not overweight in the least. we are also curious about growth hormone...what would be a good daily dose for rejuvenation. does it matter black tops, green tops pens? there are so many to choose from

From the research I have seen if it’s just test she wants to run 50-75mg a week and is a good online source for blood work

No!!! What the fuck. No!!!! Please don't ever advise anything for a women again.
O.P. you want HRT for your wife. I suggest she sees a doctor!
A HRT for a women is far less then what was suggested. I wouldnt even advise a women more than 30mg/wk even for an experienced user.

Yeah. You need to get her to a doctor.
Even running ugl test, isnt accurate enough. It might be over dosed, underdosed, you dont know.
If she legit has low T, she will get put on HRT. Unless the doctor is a cunt then, youll have to do all the blood work and injections.

if nature has decided that females produce only very little testosterone, so it must be.
never heard of a woman taking testosterone for health benefits.
... but I'm also stupid and not informed about it, so ...

and besides, as far as I know (just a little as already said), a woman produces no mre than 1 mg of testosterone a day. therefore 7 mg per week.
so 70 mg/week is 10 times above the physiological.
I leave you this link where talk about 50 mg for 3–6 months for Androgen Replacement.
Androgen Replacement in Women: A Commentary | The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism | Oxford Academic
... we wait for the most experienced, or directly for some women

She could take DHEA, some of which will metabolize into Testosterone. Careful, extra T can make a woman horny. I know. My girlfriend started taking it few days ago and really noticed a jump in her libido
