Thanks for the respond MrsBot. I am always afraid to bulk. I am a very easy gainer and I am just trying to get rid of like 5% body fat right now. Like I said, I am 4 weeks into the HGH and finally starting to see some results in my midsection but my diet has cleaned up significantly since Dec. I am also on week 3 of clen and will be coming off for a few weeks.

I need to look up all that stuff you mentioned as I am very new to this and I am learning as I go. What all do you use to cut?
