      Looking for advice

      My girl has recently begun taking 15mg of test cyp every 10 days. She’s 14 days in so only two shots so far. At 4’11 130 she’s a little wrecking ball but she’s gained some adipose belly fat during her most recent bulk and you can tell her self esteem is shot because of it (which has hurt our sex life a little as well). We’ve reeled back the calories to a mild deficit but she’s worried about losing the hard fought muscle gains while cutting to get her lean figure back. I’m thinking that I’m going to get her some Var and put her on 10mg/ed to help ward off muscle loss and speed up the fat burn. I’m curious if there is anything else that I should add. Would a low dose of clen be worth it? She’s really in a funk over her apppearance right now (I think she’s still beautiful but she wants wash board abs and I’m good with some thickness). Any help from some experienced females or their partners would be appreciated. I’m trying to get her on a good, safe cycle to maintain all of her hard work but help her trim it back down and feel confident again.

      Ok, I’ll take a stab at this.

      First off, women for some reason get wrapped around the axle about transient appearance. They get frustrated the first week because their weight goes up. Tell them to ingnore the scale and the only thing they ignore is you.
      This is why successful women bodybuilders impress me. The put the silly female perceptions about “do I look fat?” aside to reach their acheivable, realistic timeline, goal.

      Keep her on 15mg/week. Allow her up to 10mg/ day of anavar. These should reduce muscle loss while on a calorie deficit. Have her strictly diet, do a lot of cardio and most of all, BE PATIENT!

      Drugs don’t get you there. Diet and training do.

      Bottom line is that I will never understand women. I have trained dozens and have rarely had any be realistic about any of this.
