Hi
My wife is on HRT, post menopausal. The part of life a woman is in is important in the way the three main hormones are dosed, as in timing.

We started ourselves with Test C, with seemingly great results to start with. After a while we realised it was way more complicated that a man, so she went to a doctor.
The doctors were great and sorted the Progesterone and E by prescription but indicated the injections were the best way so we should keep that up, however the dose was too high.
So we reduced and went to bi weekly but the bloods stayed high.
We decided to go to Test P and back to once a week. The levels reduced a lot after a couple of weeks, so we increased the dose and it got a little cyclic.
We then went back to biweekly and have been getting better blood results.(still a little cyclic but seems fine)
Im not sure of all these other types of AAS but our idea is use bio- identical hormones (all three) and get the three levels back in the normal range, that way your wife will improve if the issue is hormone imbalance.
You should help by logging her doses and intervals, record her comments and feelings, make sure its consistent.
To start with get blood tests often.
Our relationship has blossomed as we are both on HRT, sex life is better, we enjoy each others humour and company more, and have more resistance to stress.

Long esters are no good for women, if you dose too high you want it to clear as quickly as possible. Short esters more frequent doses.
Also run a half-life spreadsheet and record everything.
