Var - need a lady's perspective who uses Var.

all good considerations...as someone who's a little bit older than your mrs. I would consider a few things while shes getting back at it. She is probably starting to head into her "change" and weight gain happens unfortunately. I fought my pcp on this for years, but its true, need less calories when the hormones tank :( She also might want to consider having her thyroid checked, problems with it are pretty common as we age and she should make certain to ask her doctor for free t3 & t4 along with TSH. They always just want to do TSH and that wont tell you squat. A female hormone panel would probably be good as well. She may have low T (nope, not kidding LOL) and TINY doses of it might make her feel pretty good. I did 20-30 a week when I was going through it and YAAAY, only thing that woke up my dying libido. Knowing where these are all at before she starts is helpful so shes not spinning her wheels and getting frustrated. Its a little different for a more..."mature" woman :) The medical community is super supportive of you gentlemen losing your "mojo" but for us ladies...not so much.
Love Var, my favorite compound and have run it several times, gives nice strength gains without much in the way of sides. And sad to say....the "enlargement" goes away :( BUMMER …. No need for pct and she wont need to take anything else to combat any other effects. It wont help with weight loss but would add some muscle and give some strength gains.

I agree with what MrsRobinson said but I would also urge you to make 100% sure you get var not some cheap substitute. What some claim to be var is actually dbol and that's a whole different issue. Find something pharma, not home brewed. She's your wife, so spend accordingly please.

Side effects should be zero to none at 5mg. I had my wife up to 25mg without any issues but she started out well under weight and weak due to an eating disorder. Her next cycle will be 5 mg.

Very true what you said there. She did have her thyroid checked and it was a little bit off, so they gave her some low dose for it. I would love for her to get her full panel done on her next visit, but one mention of testosterone and she immediately thinks - I don't want to look like a dude. lol. I explained to her that even women can get low on testosterone, and I'm sure she doesn't want to deal with the needles. It's funny how she lets doctor's inject her without any issue, but if I come at her with a needle, it's the most horrifying thing in the world. lol!!! I've injected her with bpc in the past to help with a shoulder injury and she was good with it. I'll start her out on var at 5 mgs a day, up to 5 twice a day and go from there.

Personally, I never knew that var helps with fat loss, and it actually does. I was always stuck at a certain weight and strength during my cycles. I began running var at the beginning of the cycle weighing in at 194. I dropped to 183 and still maintained strength. I weighed in a few days ago at 179. I'm trying to get a little leaner (hoping for 170-175) with introducing var for the next 8 weeks. I read some more research on var and it validated the claims on fat loss.

Now, while I do have real var - 25 mgs caps, I can split that into 5 doses using my microgram scale, but does anyone know off hand of anyone here that sells lady var? I remember seeing it somewhere, but I just don't have time to go looking for it. If no one knows, I will dig into the forums :)

Do you ever run nolva for pct? I have read and heard from most experienced users that there isn't a need to run pct for 10mg a day 4-6 weeks for the ladies. My wife went ahead and tried this anyways and she absolutely loved the var, gained decent muscle, sex drive through the roof, and lost some weight. However, 1 week post, she's experiencing no sex drive, same here (we're both in pct and we know it's understandable) , but things are slowly coming back to life. Just curious if any of the ladies here run the nolvadex or anything for pct.

My wife just finished a Var cycle. She is also short and around 120lbs. She did 4 weeks at 10mg/day split 5/5 am & dinner time. Dont take too close to bedtime because it stimulates the central nervous sustem and can keep her awake.
My wife had great energy, great recomp & strength increases. Minor clit swelling, we both enjoyed it. It went right back to normal about a week later. Lol. Dont believe the horror stories. If she stays under 20mg/day she should be fine. I recommend a short 4 week run at 10mg/day... This would be a test run to she how it treats here more than a "gains" cycle. Of it comes out fine. Wait 30days. Tale milk thistle for liver recovery amd then she can do another 4-6 week cycle and go for gains. My wife will be posting a detailed review in the Sparta subforum once the sponsor subs are back.

Man we totally loved that var. Yeah her clit swelled a little bit, but she finally knew what it was like to be like a teenage boy. hahaha. Everything stimulated her and we were always have some awesome sex.. Some of the best I might add. She turned into a monster hahahahaha. However, she got carried away and took a tad more in the cycle 15-20 on some days. she just felt so good and young. She's 49 now and looks like she's barely 30. However, it's been almost a month 1/4 and she's still shut down. Her bloods came back with 8 test and estrogen was sort of in the normal low range but her fsh was really high. She really didn't do much nolva or anything after the cycle and now she's shutdown. Her test shows that she's in post menopause! lol. She was fine and sex drive was always good before cycle. What would you recommend that she can take to help restore her natural test levels? I have hcg , nolva, clomid, on hand.

On a side note, I also messed up the end of my cycle and I was sooooo shut down it wasn't funny. I think at one point I was 0 and stayed around 32 and 74 for awhile. I only did nolva for my pct because I hate clomid, but this was a different cycle, test prop / var (test prop eod var 50mg) I ran eq and ended it a few weeks before I went into pct, but I didn't realize and forgot how vicious eq is and it was still active in my system while I was trying to get my pct started. I finally caved in bought some clomid and ran that 140ed nolva 40, second week lowered and 3rd week lower, ended 4th week. At the beginning of that, I bought some natural testosterone boosters and wow, that stuff really does help!! I couldn't believe it. I'm still taking it and my sex drive is up and healthy erections. before I ran my cycle mediocre. and no I didn't get a test :( Itr's been almost 2 months and I have a test on hold, but maybe way until the end of january.

Sorry, I'm super tired and i'm babbling. hahah. but serious help for the wifey, if your wife knows anything about restoring natural test. She bought some natural test booster for women and some swedish plant that supposedly stops the hotflashes and cold sweats she gets from being in menopause. I'm wondering if she triggered it with var, but it doesn't feel like it to me. The test shows her in post menopause and she never was in meno to begin with , so It has to be the hormones are off from the cycle.

Wait... Are you saying your wife took nolvadex because she was on Var?

Well since I haven't received an update from any of the ladies, I suggested that the mrs start taking some test booster and ryzen flower that helps with the "menopause" like symptoms. Blood test revealed that she was postmenopausal and she didn't even get any of the beginning symptoms. I kind of figured it was her body reacting to turning back on. Those pills really helped her get started again and she's been taking them now for a few weeks. Things are starting to return to normal. She definitely loved the var, but she won't touch it again because the sides were too much, just shut down like I was, felt strange to her. I told her she went crazy with it and amped up the var way to high for the last two weeks and that's probably the reason why she got shut down so hard. I think she should of only did 2 or 4 weeks, but she wanted to flat out 6 weeks once the sex drive kicked in. I wish she was brave enough to give herself a 10mg shot of test every once in a while. I think that would set her straight in that department.. ooh la la.
