      Cortisol

I’m looking for something to drastically reduce the cortisol levels my wife is dealing with rite now. She is struggling to keep them low she exercises and does CrossFit but it seems like they increase the harder she works. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Talk to her doctor about Cushing Syndrom if th Natural Supplement don't help or better yet talk to her doc about Cushings, she may need a prescription med like Cytadren which MadMax mentioned.

I think you answered your own question. If what she is doing is cussing those elevated levels, her Boylson is not adapted to that type of work, and she probably exercises beyond her energy needs and what her body can handle.

If we look at what cortisol is, it’s a GLUCOcorticoid to help us regulate blood sugar (GLUCose) BP, inflammation and more. When we don’t eat in a way to store energy Effie felt to be used by our cells mitochondria, cortisol takes over. It’s a compensation. So I would say look more at what’s she’s doing, change things up until her body adapts and look more at her nutrition...what she is taking in and when. It’s not just about nutrients and macros. It’s more about thermogenesis. Is her body able to take that food in and convert it to usable energy.

Low dose winstrol suppresses cortisol. I use 25mg/ day for myself. If you go too much it crushes cortisol altogether. As your body’s natural anti inflammatory you don’t want to completely kill it off either.
