Question Regarding Strength Before a Powerlifting Meet

Training and diet are on point. But a testing week before your meet (3 weeks out) does not go as planned and you are not hitting the numbers you want as your openers. The numbers you have trained to achieve for at least 5 months. What do you do? is there no other option than to lower your openers or does anyone have any advice on getting a quick strength boost before the competition? Thanks in advance!
~"Strong" is a two-part word. To be "strong" comes from both the mental and physical aspect. Be modest and humble, lift heavy and be a good person. Show the world who the fxck you are!~

By quick strength boost are you talking about popping some HALO or something like that?? Or training tricks?

At this point all you can do is get your body weight up as high as you can unless weight classes are a concern but make sure you fill that fucker out.

Lower your openers so you don’t bomb out

Slam as much orals and or fast eater tren/ test as you can tolerate based on experience

And don’t lift something stupid heavy and hurt yourself before making it too the platform

      Goodluck stud
