The best IMO is MGF-PEG and GH .
I would check out Louie Simmons back injury information . He did a Roman chair type exercise is the closet explanation.
Laying face down with torso on a table and feet on the floor alleviating pressure on the back . Then raising feet off the floor . I thought it was opposite of lifting using back muscles. Thus working lower back with little pressure to hurt area ?
Then inversion table stretches .
Watch powerlifting videos and see these guys using cold tubs . It’s a shocker but it gets blood flowing.
I could go on for days with this subject.
Good Luck

Yes, this exercise DWBO describes. You don't see this type of "bench" in gyms much anymore, but if you watch the documentary "Westside vs the world" on netflix, this exercise got the owner back from back surgery and not being able to put any weight/resistance on his back, back to powerlifting. I wouldn't recommend everything this guy does, but it's not the first time I've seen this for rehab.

I have been living with it for 20yrs when it 1st happened i laid around & did nothing the pain was unbearable. So 1 day i met a strangef that told me to get up & deal with it start excercising & get the strongest core possible. Here i am 20yrs later still doing tbe same thing. Yes i do have pain but i can bare it & have learned home to do the bwtter.
NPP also is a factor i pretty much always run it but alot of tome at a low dose.

Find a place that has a traction machine preferably with the name spine med. It worked wonders for my back when I hurt it deadlifting. The pain was so bad that I couldn't even sit for a very long time. I have a 7mm disc bulge at L4,L5. First time use the traction i felt a major relief. I was able to sit for a long time again I could tie my shoes. So definitely give it a shot.
