Thinking about adding t3 or t3/t4 in with my hgh hearing good things about it any recommendations? And a good dose for it

Without blood i would Only do t4 @ 50mcg/day

With hgh most need thyroid hormone. There are some posts on here about that. Use the search button.

I run T4 at 75/ day during recomps to keep my metabolism stable when I’m carb cycling.

Working good 9tmare I was thinking about 25 and going up to a 100 when I start my GH
