Women's protein intake
My wife is about to start prepping for bikini, and we differ on opinions of the amount of protein she needs during the bulking stage of prep. I know women's body's are completely different than guys but I feel like she needs more protein during this stage. Any knowledgeable input on this?

I would think 1.2 to 2.0 grams per kilogram of body weight. At 155lbs / 70.3068kg, so around 84.36816 to 140.6136 grams of protein per day.
