My opinion is if you only take in 800 calories and do cardio you would not need HCG.. just my thought, I know everyone is different

I do not suggest the hcg diet for women. Tracking macros and working out in a deficit trumps all especially in comparison.

Greg Doucette on YouTube has a lot of great videos on meals to get ripped... and a great cook book with low calorie nutrient dense foods that taste great! I have it and have made several of the recipes. Worth checking out!

thats like asking how many books to read to become good in running = not related
2 things are KEY: calories and 1 hormone called Insulin
thats the core.
also sleep is very important, thyroid, micronutrients, hormones. all integral to optimal living and being the best we can be
