      My first cycle was only 4 weeks, this one will be 8.
      I think 8 would be just fine for a first timer as well, however if she is anything like me, the muscle gains happen fast and I could easily jump clothes sizes if I went longer.

      Have you tested your VAR to make sure it's really var, not D-bol? Var is one of the most faked/substituted drugs out there.

      I run my var 8-16 weeks long from 10mg-40mg,
      *I Do run some of my cycles higher dosages then what most women do. In the end it depends on what side effects your willing to deal with.
      Always start at low dosages and slowly increase till you find what dosages work for your muscle goals.
