I am currently on 5mg 2x a day, and am loving the results (training twice a day), however I am going for a bit more of an athletic look than the typical 'beach body'. I would assume as a gymnast, she wouldnt mind?
Regardless, I always start off a cycle at 2.5mg 2x a day to see how my body is responding and when I am confident that all is good, I move it up to my current dose. (I am 5'6,5" and 150lbs).
