      Var for women question

      Thought I read somewhere a woman should stop taking birth control pill while taking anavar. Any truth to this? If so, why?

      never heard of that. i had many girls taking var BUT they only did 2.5mg or in rare cases 5mg. most women dont need anything more then clen and/or t3 and some hgh and good diet to slim down to beachbody. they dont have to worry keeping crazy amounts of musclemass like us men do.

      hey brother, I know this is an older post. My wife is going to do an Anavar cycle ( 1st cycle ever). I’m reading conflicting info on dosage. You recommend your girls 2.5mg 1x a day?

      I read “most” beginner girls should start at 5mg ( 2.5, 2x day) for 1st cycle. I know everyone is different. Is the 2.5mg you recommend to your girls for beginners looking for “beach body” results? I would think 2.5mg a day wouldn’t be enough?? Wife in great shape gymnast build 52, 5’1 125..

      I’m debating know starting her with 2.5mg for the 1st few weeks. If she tolerates it well add another 2.5mg later in day. Total 8 weeks. Thanks for your input

      my wife takes 2.5 ×2 so 5 total then 10 units hgh she loos 20 six pack back ripped she has been on gear for over 10 years tho var and gh are her favorites she has tried everything but test she loves primo e also but she keeps it simple var hgh

      My wife runs Var only during prep. She starts with 5mg (2.5)split AM/PM and ramps up to 10mg (5mg)split AM/PM,
      then to 15mg and eventually 20mg a few weeks before show time. 20 is the max I’ll let her go and that’s only for a few weeks only.

      I am currently on 5mg 2x a day, and am loving the results (training twice a day), however I am going for a bit more of an athletic look than the typical 'beach body'. I would assume as a gymnast, she wouldnt mind?
      Regardless, I always start off a cycle at 2.5mg 2x a day to see how my body is responding and when I am confident that all is good, I move it up to my current dose. (I am 5'6,5" and 150lbs).

      How long do you run your Var cycles? I figured for a first timer it's 4 weeks or can it be pushed to 6 weeks with the equal amount of time off

      My first cycle was only 4 weeks, this one will be 8.
      I think 8 would be just fine for a first timer as well, however if she is anything like me, the muscle gains happen fast and I could easily jump clothes sizes if I went longer.

      Have you tested your VAR to make sure it's really var, not D-bol? Var is one of the most faked/substituted drugs out there.

      I run my var 8-16 weeks long from 10mg-40mg,
      *I Do run some of my cycles higher dosages then what most women do. In the end it depends on what side effects your willing to deal with.
      Always start at low dosages and slowly increase till you find what dosages work for your muscle goals.
