Maybe this will help someone, because there's limited info on female cycles for strength sports. Especially elite female athletes.

My wife competes in the 132lb weight class and her best numbers are 418lb squat, 255lb benchpress & 380lb deadlift. She is set to exceed those numbers at her next meet so I'll update afterwards.

1- Testosterone Enanthate 30mg per week(E3.5D). She is prescribed the pellet, which keeps her TT at 230-250 when it's peaked but we switched her to Test E to keep her levels more stable. 30mg keeps her at about 250-270 without the highs and lows.

2- Equipoise 120mg per week(E3.5D). This helps with appetite and is a very mild compound. She is eating 420 carbs per day along with 180g of protein and she has no problem whatsoever finishing her macros for the day. She will run this for 16 weeks

3-NPP 20mg EOD- This is her favorite injectable. It starts working within 7-10days and she normally gains a solid 3-5lbs from this compound alone. She will run this for 10 weeks

4-Winstrol 25mg ED(2 12.5mg doses per day)- This is her favorite oral. In a calorie surplus there is absolutely no drying effect and it's very synergistic with NPP. It seems to increase strength within a week. She will run this from 8 weeks out until 17 days out(5 weeks & 4 days)

5-Anadrol 25mg ED(2x 12.5mg doses per day)- She doesn't care for the way anadrol makes her feel(lethargic and aggressive), except for when she's in the gym lol. It starts reducing her appetite within a week but it's usually getting close to cutting time anyway. She takes this for 17 days prior to the meet. Why 17 days? Well 14 days out we practice taking our opener for squat & deadlift so we want it in her system for a solid 3 days prior. Then 13 days out we practice the bench opener. Also, on the day of the meet, we will do 25mg pre squat, 25mg pre bench and 25mg pre deadlift.

We've done this protocol 3 times now and it's worked great for her. Minimal masculinizing that's mostly reversed after a few weeks of coming off everything, solid strength gains that she keeps 90% of and blood tests are always within range after a few weeks...
