I've used ostarine. Got no gains whatsoever and couldn't sleep. It's actually fairly common to get absolutely nothing but insomnia from ostarine. Do not recommend it at all. Lgd 4033 or rad were much more impressive. I had tons of ostarine and threw it all in the garbage.

SARMS? "Don't nibble on the barrel Pull the Trigger!" 10x weaker than roids with zero long term data (science). But hey.. it's your $$'s you can burn it any way you want to.
Just listened to Fouad Abiad' Bodybuilding podcast with Ian Valliere and James Hollingshead- 2 of today's top Pro bodybuilders (james is coming off back to back Pro wins in the Spain show and the British Open), Ian won the NY Pro a month ago...both heading to the Olympia this year, and both saying they wouldn't give two shits for any SARMs.
