DLB takes on crossfit
Alright so variety is the spice of life. I decided to give this a shot at the same ratio pound for pound that DLB did to mix up my training and keep amused
This was not easy at all
I ended up on the floor with the shakes and nausea
Went home from the gym and laid on he floor another 20 minutes to recover
So all in all a good time

Love that video!
I do something similar when training for a climb. 3 different exercises at 20 reps each w no rest between each exercise. I've done some of my best climbing when training this way.
Credentials:
- Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology
- Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist (ACSM)
- Certified Exercise Specialist (ACSM)

I dig how she lives her life.
It seems like she is doing exactly what she wants to do and is genuinely happy.
That is the key to success IMO

They're both pretty awesome. I got to talk with Rob a bit at the Arnold. Very down to earth. And he's freaking huge. I felt like a dwarf lol
