My wife is currently using 15mg/day of Var and 10mg/day of Epistane. This is her 2nd run on Var. She just started the Epistane about a week ago. Last summer she ran Var at 10mg/day, and worked up to 20mg/day with no sides. She really added some quality muscle while losing body fat. She was already very lean, so it was like icing on the cake. 14% body fat for a woman is quite lean, so I don't see any need for Clen or T3. ECA would be the way to go if it's absolutely necessary.
