      my uneducated guess is body fat. 2 percent of 200 plus pounds is a lot when you get down to it, and maybe couple that with a bit of dehydration. Like I said bro my uneducated guess.

      Just an FYI also...I did not change anything in my diet. That should give a little hint as to what Iím doing.

      Also, Iím drinking as much if not more, probably more water now too.

      I forgot to point out the single most Important thing on these reports.
      On the 16th you can see my muscle weight was 108.7
      Today my muscle weight is 108.1
      No muscle loss whatsoever n these 10 days.

      Well rockdogg you made this easy....yes, I achieved this on 50 mcg t3 and 60 mcg clen,
      With flash labs gear acting as my muscle preservation agents.
      My diet is listed here on this thread, but to reiterate...my lean protein intake is at 400g ed.
      You MUST stay in a protein surplus while doing this or you will lose a little bit of muscle.
