      unfortunately I have been thru this shit before at least when it is my upper back I can get some movement but when my lower back goes out I am down for the count

      Cable Crossovers 3 sets

      Past couple weeks have been crazy in my life, things have been rough between me and the wife and my diet has suffered a bit but getting life back on track so we will see how life goes. good leg workout but on the way out of the gym I hit an ice patch and almost broke my ass..LOL

      started with 10 minutes on the treadmill to get the blood flowing
      Squats 4 x 8-10
      Seated leg press 8 sets 8-12 (4 sets quad focus 4 Hams)
      Leg ext 4 sets 8-10
      leg curls 4 sets 8-10
      Calf raises 5 sets 10-

      Sorry to Drioid and all for slacking on this log but life kind of took a shit when the wife and I separated last week and I kind of went off the deep end for a bit including smashing my computer so now I have to do everything on a fucking phone
      the last 4-5 days I have not been to the gym and my diet has consisted of MGD and Newport’s
      but time to get my head right and get back to doing what we do,,
