      Long day at work today. Taking on a lot of new responsibilities so it keeps me pretty busy. But overall good day today. Elbow has been hurting pretty bad today so Iím looking forward to rehab Thursday and getting my brace made.

      Meal prepped today too. Always a beautiful sight when itís finished. Time to relax with the wifey for the rest of the night!!

      Iím sure youíve tried just about everything for the elbow pain, and I know the feeling. Something that has helped me a ton, is staying off my fucking iPhone while Iím laying in bed. I got into playing games in the evening before I went to sleep and my elbows started killing me. Seems sitting in that arms bent position with them pressing against the bed really flares it up quickly. I know it sounds stupid, but I can tell a huge difference since Iíve quit. Just a thought.

      I know exactly what youíre talking about man. Iíve noticed there are a lot of positions that make my elbows flare up if stay there too long. Elbow is feeling better today and I get my brace tomorrow so that should really help. Thanks for the advice brother!

Got to sleep in a little bit so feeling well rested... but waking up late means I miss a meal and have to double so might end up switching my meal 5 to whatever my wife is craving after our leg workout to refuel. Will post workout (maybe with a video of my top set) and possible meal 5 replacement later.

      Second injection of my front load week will be this afternoon. 1ml Test E and 1.5ml Mast E.

      Supps:

      Workout went alright. I had to squat without a spotter and someone running the monolift so that messed me up a bit. I was shooting for 10-11 on my fail set of squats and definitely would have had it if I didnít have to walk the squats out.

      My offseason workouts all have the same format. Main lift I do 4 sets of 2 followed by a set of AMRAP. If I get 5+ reps I move up 5lbs the next week. If I get 10 reps I move up 10lbs the next week. I do a mechanically similar movement (MSM) for 3x8-10 and an isolation movement for 3x10-12. This will change next month as I move into my real peak for the meet.

      Squats 470lb for 4x2 and 1x8
      SSB box squats 325lb for 3x8
      Leg extensions 3x12

      Overall feel pretty good about the workout as I have been insanely congested and my head feels like a balloon so I barely got any sleep last night.

      Morning BOP fam! Busy day today. Rehab after work and Iím looking forward to getting my elbow brace to hopefully start taking the pain away.

      Meals look the same as yesterday minus the intraworkout drink. Yeah yeah I know, eating the same thing every day is boring... but I have found what I enjoy eating and it allows me to stay consistent and I can tell when I need to make adjustments by how I look/feel day to day. Consistency is key boys and girls!

      Second shot of my front load last night and feeling great. No PIP with the test e and mast e and it draws and pins as smooth as butter. Highly recommend!

      Sorry Iíve been MIA the last few days guys! I had to cover about 15hr OT this weekend on top of my normal schedule. Diet was consistent but didnít get to the gym until today unfortunately.

      Hit some solid deadlifts working up to a failure set of 525x10. Back has been a little tight so I took longer in between sets than normal.

      Looks like Iíll be switching gyms soon since my gym decided they were going to orient towards a more family friendly PLANET FATNESS vibe. Got called out for making too much noise deadlifting today and was told I needed to use bumper plates. Argued with the fuckhead becauSe they donít have enough bumper plates for me to go above 400lbs. They also got rid of the monolift over the weekend so Iím saying peace to that shit hole. Well see what happens finding a new gym later this week.

      I can definitely feel the gear starting to work after last weeks frontload. Constant boners and slightly increased aggression. Switching to daily shots now to keep everything as even as possible with minimal sides.
