The store's can however have whatever policies they choose.

If you're in a bind, go in @ 1:00 p.m. on a Sun, wear a suite and bow tie, wear reading glasses and part your hair. See what happens. It's worked for me.

I got that feeling but I did not ask if it was the store policy or not. It pissed me off though. The clerk I asked was decent enough he turned around and asked the pharmacist the pharmacist didn't even look up and said he needs a script

Thanks for the tip but since you posted that link for a thousand pens for $100 I don't think I'll ever run out again

I guess I'm fortunate where I live. I can walk into a C.V.S. I use them because Walgreens is almost 3 times as expensive. Get 25g in 1 inch or 5/8 with 3cc syringe for 25cents. They have 23s to i just don't need them

That way 50 will cost you $12.50. I get 100 for $14. Each retail store has their own rules and can refuse to sell to anyone they choose. I'm pretty sure my ink and me being a BB'r has something to do with them not selling to me in the past. They always ask if I have a script on file.

It's an even bigger difference on the slin pins. I get 1,000 for $105.
