      Doing long cardio sessions. I bring my pad to the gym and watch 1/2 of a movie and then watch the other half the next day or Netflix binge shows. It makes the cardio so much easier, I actually forget Iím working out after a while. Iíll be doing a lot of cardio in the future!

      I see it as an active recovery. Also, I cant stand to sit around in the hotel. Get bored as hell.

      I agree on the videos. Anything over 20 minutes, need entertainment.

      Given your before pics -- i WOULD say dont use any gear but just diet and do a shitoad of cardio
      But ppl do what they want to -- as long as its done safely then its OK in my book --safely and with knowledge of what youre putting into your body

      diet- reg training- proper sleep an rest - supplement intake - blood work -- its alot of work !! Gear is great if used properly in conjunction w good diet and training

      But gear isnt for weight loss mainly -- it is for adding lean muscle and increasing growth of muscles faster

      2nd scheduled day off. Just did 20 minutes on the elliptical for 1.5 miles, which kicked my ass. Damn thing kills me everytime.

      Shit workout. Shoulder started really hurting everytime I put a load to it.
