      Dont think the calories too high? I'm afraid I'd get fat if I ate that everyday. I need to work on getting my fats lower.

      Unicorn is too sweet for me. But I like the pinata colada and the peach mango.

      Doing 3-0-3 tempo on all lifts.

      Shoulder day. Didn’t raise weight amount this week. Been having a few shoulder twinges when I work the shoulders. Thought I’d stay the same another week to let things adjust and maybe avoid issues.

      Needed a minute for my upper body to reset after shoulders so did 15” on the stationary bike.

      Then on to biceps. Have to make up my lost days this week so changing my order of exercise around a bit. Decided to do triceps with legs tomorrow at home. Have better equipment to complete the workout.
      Then I will have my week completed and can enjoy my rest days.

      I’ll fill in the blanks on the macros at the end of the day.
      Calories: 5389
      Fat: 190
      Carbs: 561
      Protein: 370


      Vitamins and Supplements: turmeric, vitamin C, Himalaya liver care, magnesium, zinc, potassium, BCAA, 81mg aspirin, red yeast rice with co-Q10, milk thistle, glucosamine with chondroitin and MSM, krill oil, and a blend of fish, flax and borage oils, and creatine, multi vitamin.

      Orals:
      Preworkout: none

      Other orals: Mon/Fri 20 of nolvadex and 12.5 aromasin.

      Injection: Mon/Fri Mast-E 200 .5ml, Test-C 200 .5ml, 100 deca per week and for now 250mcg bid bpc-157.

      It always amazes me when I see things like this. I'm supposed to be eating around 4000 calories, I eat 4911 one day over 5300 the next and lose 2 pounds. On top of that I'm weighing at the end of my work day this morning at 0220. Never understood how you can eat more calories and lose weight. Especially eating as much as I am.

      Chest Day: didn't raise the weight amounts this time and got through it with no shoulder pain.

      Ran 3 miles with my daughter this morning at her cross country practice. It kicked my ass.

      All food and supplements the same.

      Thankful for my life, my beautiful wife, my kids, and even all you BOP guys and girls. I wish the joys I have on everyone of you.

      Doing 3-0-3 tempo on all lifts.

      Back day.

      Hotel lift, only cable machine available. No way to do pull-ups or chin-ups.

      Tried kicking up calories last week to around 5000, just experimenting. Starting getting too fluffy and uncomfortable. Holding water too. Carbs with sodium will get me everytime with the water.

      Macros:
      Calories: 4131
      Fat: 116
      Carbs: 341
      Protein: 413
