      I've had chronic tendinitis for years in various parts of my body. Tennis and golfers elbow being the most annoying. I'll give you the best advice that worked wonders for me.

      If it hurts, don't do it!

      Seems pretty logical, but as guys trying to always build a better body, it's hard to push a lot of exercises to the way side. Check your ego and don't trying to push through the pain. If it hurts, dump it.

      Do not take time off, keep working around it. Look up stretching and massage; do it in the morning and after you lift. Try to keep your wrists and arms straight while you sleep. Water, water and more water. Start taking lysine. Keep your wrists straight when lifting. No front raises. Do not lift with your arms fully extended in front of your body. Do not pick things up with your hands in a claw. (wrists bent down with fingers spread) No pull ups, as you fatigue your wrist bend to compensate.
