      Tennis Elbow???

      Self diagnosis according to Google sources. Fucking pain has been for 2 months. Worst in the morning and lifting. Any solutions besides what I’ve seen which is 6-12 months of slow recovery?

      Definitely recommend checking out this thread. It’s helped tendinitis in many parts of my body including tennis elbow.

      This is probably completely off base, but this started right about the same time as I took HGH for the first time. HGH shouldn’t flare it up though? If anything it would help right?

      Hgh should not flare up tendinitis but sometimes the water bloat from it can cause some discomfort. It will go away with time though

      Oh, well...this is much needed information. There’s a real possibility the gh is causing this. I have heard of gh affecting guys knees, and or shoulders too.
      So, how long you been on gh and at what dose?

      So a few months ago, I started to get tennis elbow from doing pull ups.. Just basically pushing myself to far, forcing reps and just having overall bad form. I basically cut out pull ups so that I could rest it. I started taking supplements like Glucosamine, Cissus Extract, Fish oil, etc daily. Bought some biggie compression cuffs from STrong/Slingshot and wear those every workout, and also stretch my elbow for about 10-15mins before every workout using a light band. I was going to start using BPC157 too, but its starting to go away.

      It's taken about 1-2 months now, and the pain is almost completely gone.


      It's funny how GH was mentioned... Now that I think of it... Mine started right around when I started GH too...
