it all depends on you're blood work, you would have to go to the doctor and have blood work done and that would be the deciding factor for dosing, but if you have to really monitor you're blood work for sides because you don't want you're blood to get to thick, when you're red blood cells are super high you should have a decent sense of well being so if you're taking it and are getting sick or feeling bad that's a sign something could be going wrong
