      Hey.
      I always listen that stretching is very beneficial for human health but i never know what are the benefits so can you please tell me some benefits of stretching

      Stretching really loosens your Muscles up, gets blood going, less chance of tear because in turn you become and get more Flexable

      For me, I know my legs struggled to gain size until I started really stretching them. At first it was so hard and painful that after I was done i would have a pump and would be sore like I just lifted with them. But it was worth it.

      There is a such thing as being too flexible when it comes to lifting heavy/power lifting. Too much of anything can turn into something negative.
