I've been a big fan of spicy foods lately, and I've wondered why it gives me some sort of mood-boost, even though it should feel unpleasant. I did some reading and there were suggestions that the capsaicin in spicy foods makes your brain release some natural endorphins.

This is actually all pretty logical. People don't realize that you can eat right not just lean or healthy. I love this post my friend.
